We will help you with the practical aspects of preparing your property for viewing. Presentation is paramount in the extremely competitive rental market, the presentation of your property is the single most effective key to securing a good quality tenant.

If your property is empty we will professionally stage it for you, as it is proven to attract tenants. We will also advise you on the kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, décor, cleaning and gardens, making sure you are compliant and to avoid any issues long term.

Finding tenants

We know what tenants are looking for, and what you are looking for in tenants. It is in everyone’s best interest to spend the time and effort in finding quality tenants for more successful, longer term lets.

With you to the end

As the end of the tenancy approaches we will write to your tenants asking if they would like to renew or issuing notice if you don’t wish to renew the tenancy. We will then proactively market the property in good time to minimise any rental voids.
