Project Funding Via Pension Funds

The Vanmark Group have developed a specialist method of project funding for both our Clients and JV Partners. It involves using a SIPP (Self Invested Pension Plan) to act as a funder and or Partner in a development project.

If you have any eligible undrawn pension funds, they can be transferred into a SIPP, giving you more control over where your funds get invested. Many people (including financial advisors) believe that a SIPP can only purchase commercial property, this is not the case, residential development land, single-building plots and the conversion of former commercial buildings are allowable by certain SIPP providers.

This funding method is by far the least expensive way of purchasing the subject property. The process requires technical expertise and can only be arranged by a regulated financial advisor.

Please contact us for an in-depth analysis of your pension position to see if you are eligible for the scheme.
