Coronavirus hits the UK

Date Published 17 March 2020

The unprecedented threat that the world is currently facing has meant that many of us are having to think about certain things that we may have otherwise put off.
As professionals who have a duty of care to the public and who care about the well-being of our clients, we feel it necessary to remind you of the importance of having a Will in place and proper planning if the worst was to happen.
A 'Lasting Power of Attorney' gives your appointed person/persons the power to act on your behalf both financially and in regards to health and welfare if you were ever to become incapacitated or unable to make those decisions for yourself.
Below is a video of the effects of what could happen if you don't have one in place.
Unfortunately, it's never easy to talk about planning for the worst, but we are currently in the middle of a very real situation and should make sure we have provisions in place and loved ones are looked after.

We are taking every precaution as a company to reduce the spread of Coronavirus by keeping contact to a minimum. As such, in addition to visiting your home we are more than happy to hold the initial consultation over the phone or via video call if you prefer.

It's never too soon but it can be too late. Lets talk before it is.
